Positioning

The Taga is, strategically, a central component in your mains loom. It will apply a considerable amount of systematic control to any system, even when using non-Vertex mains leads. The Taga should be positioned centrally on the floor, to the side or behind the system. There should be plenty of space to ensure that cables can lead up to and away from the Taga without tight bends or pressure between cables, or between cables and any structure such as stand uprights. The Taga’s metal case should not be in contact with any structure. These measures lower the risk of unwanted vibration feeding into the Taga and cable loom.

Compatibility

The Tagas contain totally passive circuitry and so they are compatible with all the other Vertex AQ products including the Aletheia PSUs. A Taga can be used on the output of an Aletheia PSU, or any other manufacturer’s mains conditioners, both passive and active (including balanced units and mains regenerators) to give further performance and more outlets if required, PROVIDED the total overall load does not exceed the maximum load rating of any conditioning device in the supply chain. If in any doubt consult your dealer or the manufacturer of your mains conditioning equipment.
